West Indies Home Contractors (WIHCON) has partnered with Alf Investments to develop a 40-townhouse development in the upscale neighbourhood of Graham Heights, in Kingston, Jamaica. The development will be the first project in a joint venture agreement and will also see the launch of the "WIHCON PREMIUM" brand, which reflects the committment to provide communities of safety, comfort and exceptional quality in great locations at affordable prices.
